Title: Baby Vidalia Onion Pie

2lbBaby Vidalia onions; thinly sliced
1 Stick butter
3 Eggs; well-beaten
1cSour cream
1/4tsSalt
1/2tsWhite pepper
1/4tsTabasco
1 Pastry shell; unbaked
 xGrated Parmesan cheese
